With a passion for optimizing performance and rehabilitation, Richie brings a wealth of experience to the team, combining extensive knowledge in physical therapy, sports science, and strength and conditioning. Having worked nearly five years with professional baseball players in the Milwaukee Brewers organization, Richie has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on baseball athletes throughout the course of a professional league season.

Richie earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and has since honed his skills by working directly with athletes from various professional organizations, colleges, and high schools. Richie has served in the Arizona clinic helping players recover from injuries, enhance physical performance, and reduce the injury rate within the game of baseball. His approach is rooted in the latest sports science research, integrating cutting-edge technology with a strong emphasis on using his experience to identify movement system impairments and create a specific, individualized care for the athlete.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Richie is an expert in the field of strength and conditioning, having programmed for numerous professional baseball athletes, college sports teams, and even first responders. This experience has helped Richie integrate these principles into rehabilitation programs to ensure a comprehensive approach to long-term health and performance.
