​Grant, a Colorado native, originally from Greeley, CO, has always had a strong passion for sports, especially golf and baseball. His journey into sports performance coaching began over a decade ago, fueled by his desire to help athletes reach their full potential and succeed in competitive sports.

 

Grant graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition. He's certified as a personal trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and holds a Specialized Fitness Certification for Golfers from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

 

Throughout his career, Grant has worked with a diverse range of athletes across different sports, from professionals looking to improve their game to young students striving for success in their sports. In 2024, Grant achieved his dream of opening his own sports performance facility, Motive Sports Performance, where he now serves as the Co-Owner and CEO.

 

Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, one of which is Motive's honorary mascot, River. He also enjoys playing golf, hunting, and working on home improvement projects.
