Born and raised in Castle Rock, Colorado, Eddie Williams brings deep local roots and a lifelong passion for baseball to his role as Recruiting Coordinator at NextEra.

Eddie enjoyed a successful playing career that included competing in a JUCO World Series and playing at the NCAA Division I level. His coaching career began in earnest in 2015 when he was named Associate Head Baseball Coach at CSU Pueblo, where he served until 2020. During his tenure, he helped develop numerous talented student-athletes and laid the foundation for his recruiting expertise.

Over the past six years while running Victus Recruits, Eddie has directly overseen the recruitment process for more than 25 players who have gone on to sign NCAA Division I scholarships. His hands-on approach, strong relationships with college coaches, and proven track record of placing athletes at the next level have made him one of the most respected recruiters in the region.

Eddie currently serves as the Head Baseball Coach at Valor Christian High School and works as an Associate Scout for the Detroit Tigers. In his role with NextEra, he is committed to helping every player maximize their recruiting potential through personalized guidance, strategic planning, and direct connections to college programs. Eddie received a Bachelor's degree in Education from CSU Pueblo, and a Master's Degree in Coaching from Adams State.
